This Bathroom Remodel project was completed in St. Petersburg, a primary area serviced by Down Under Construction. The bathrooms are part of a beautiful home that had a complete Condo Remodel, with spectacular views. We will share that with you towards the end of this story, but for now we are focusing on these beautifully remodeled bathrooms.

We begin with the scope and conceptual design, utilizing architects and engineers we have worked closely with through the years, or working in collaboration with your own architect. From there, our clients are able to finalize a custom condo design that meets their design and budget criteria.
This remodeled master bathroom begins with in the wall faucets for a sleek modern look as shown above. It then continues with a beautiful open shower area with walls that are solid sheets of porcelain.
Just next to the open shower is a tub area that butts up to the master bedroom whereby you can see the illumination of the paneled lighting. The tub area surrounded by paneled lighting.
Here we show the unique view of the back lights in the bathroom tub area from the master bedroom.
This 2nd bathroom has 4x8 sheets of honed porcelain on the walls. A custom wood sink counter and a custom hand painted barn door hides the laundry room behind the door. Notice the lights above the ceiling. We were able to get this effect by building a light trough around the entire bathroom and then installed low LED colored lights.
