Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint beach community in Pinellas County. It is one of the few towns that have maintained most of its original character. With 2.5 miles of beaches and 27 well-maintained beach accesses, it welcomes you to relax, enjoy the sun and stay awhile. With a population in 2017 of just 4,276, this beach town has a “Mayberry with Sunsets” reputation.
Within walking distance of City Hall, you can find a surf shop, ice cream parlor, baseball diamond, pickleball courts, skate park, neighborhood pub, several restaurants, a local library, and an art center. Custom Beach Homes

We have developed and maintained more than just relationships here, we have cultivated friendships with our clients that we dearly value. In fact, we have made this our home for the past 17 years and enjoy each day here. We hope you enjoy the homes that we have helped create.
The home above is a new home build in Indian Rocks Beach. A custom Mediterranean style house, there was no detail spared. Our clients wanted their home to resemble a luxurious Mediterranean villa. We accommodated this by using a custom finish on the walls that resemble Venetian plaster, a copper ceiling in the kitchen, numerous arches throughout the house, and stone flooring. This is a gorgeous masterpiece.
Mediterranean Details
In the picture, you can see the living area along with the arched walls as mentioned. The entertainment center was custom built. Notice the arched front door paired with rod iron to further enhance the Mediterranean feel.
Treated Finishes
This picture shows the custom treated finishes on the walls. Although the finish is gypsum board it is finished to look as if it is Venetian plaster as is fitting in a Mediterranean villa.
Custom Exterior Spaces
Finally, this picture is part of the exterior back porch. We included a brick interior/exterior see-through fireplace along with dark stained hardwood ceilings, custom exterior railings, and stone flooring throughout.
Coastal Cottage Ambiance
Here below is another home we custom built-in Indian Rocks Beach. This home lends itself to a coastal cottage ambiance and fits in perfectly with this quaint beach community.
The kitchen area has a dark stained hardwood ceiling along with custom white cabinetry and hardware. A large center picture window opens up space and is flanked by 2 more windows to enhance the open feeling even more and take advantage of the water view. The windows have custom-designed beveled glass inserts, and the molding throughout the home is detailed and just beautiful.
Built For The Family
The stairway which leads to the bedrooms is a Brazilian cherry wood in keeping with the floors. It is meant to withstand the dogs, children, and beach life that is a day to day occurrence.
Open But Connected
To the left is a living area of the home where we built a custom two-sided fireplace that separates the living area from the kitchen, giving it the feeling of separation yet still open and connected.
