This condo remodel was completed in Clearwater Beach, one of the primary Tampa Bay areas served by Down Under Construction Services. The home combines beautiful interior spaces with spectacular water views.
The project brings together kitchen upgrades, a substantially reworked master bathroom, an updated guest bathroom and the smaller finish details that make a completed remodel feel cohesive.

For this condo kitchen, the owner wanted to keep the original cabinets. The remodeling plan therefore focused on upgrading the surrounding surfaces rather than replacing cabinetry that still worked for the space.
New countertops were installed throughout the kitchen, and a new tile backsplash added another layer of finish and visual interest.

The master bathroom was completely reconfigured to create more usable space. The existing jacuzzi tub was removed and replaced by a larger walk-in shower.
The master closet was enlarged, the entry into the bathroom was reworked and the new layout created room for a new tub within the expanded space.

The guest bathroom was also reconfigured to create a larger shower. The remodel included a built-in seat niche and a lower threshold for the shower entry.
New vanities, toilet, countertops, sink and flooring completed the space.
