This Kitchen Remodeling project was completed in Indian Rock Beach’s neighboring Indian Shores, a primary area serviced by Down Under Construction. With this light and airy space, we were able to transform this kitchen remodel into a casual and carefree beach house vibe.

The minute you step through the door you notice the custom blue cabinets that are in keeping with the color of the ocean and all things “beachy”.
We changed the ceiling using ship lap tongue and groove planks, adding to the nautical feel of our client’s condo on the water.
New floors in a stained pine add to the casual feel of the home and are a beautiful shade that complements the other colors in the room.
We removed and replaced the trim on windows and the sliding glass doors.
And here we get to see a view from the back with also a close up highlighting the backsplash in a beautiful blue porcelain tile that contrasts nicely with the new white kitchen cabinetry.
