Hotel Construction
This is a picture of a commercial construction project Down Under Construction Services completed for a large hotel. This project required complete demolition of the original staircase. Our carpenters then constructed a beautiful new wood staircase with custom metalwork along the banister.
Retail Construction
Following is a commercial construction project for a complete build-out of a hair salon. Starting as an empty shell, we erected walls to house each station and installed the cabinetry and lighting chosen by our client. A smooth drywall finish was applied along the walls and new flooring was laid throughout the space. Our client was thrilled with the final outcome.
Restaurant Construction
This is a picture of a commercial construction project featuring a bar area that we built. Originally the space where the bar is now was open. We built a ceiling dome along with a centerpiece for an art feature to hang and a counter with shelves on the opposite side. We then built the bar to seat 8 comfortable.
Office Construction
Following is a commercial construction project featuring a professional office buildout. Beginning from a shell, Down Under Construction Services built out walls, installed flooring, doors, trim work, ceiling tiles, lighting, and plumbing. The finished product was a lovely medical office ready to move in.
Commercial Construction
This is one of our latest projects, a beautiful commercial buildout of a luxurious Cigar Bar. Virtually everything in this buildout has been custom made, from the bar itself to all of the cabinetry and various other structures.
