Down Under Construction Services has enjoyed years of building and renovating various home projects in Largo. We have built up relationships over the years with so many of our clients because we place value on the trust and integrity necessary when you decide to hire a company to transform your home. We want our customers to return to us again and again when they need construction services, and our high percentage of repeat customers tell us that we must be doing something right.
The pictures above and below is an example of one of our repeat customers. This is a bathroom remodel that we constructed for them. We gutted the original bath and started anew. We carved out space from an original closet and made it into a tub sanctuary with all-new decorative wall tile and flooring throughout.
A new shower was constructed with tile matching the tub sanctuary tile. We also built a custom cabinet for the owners to place a variety of their personal items. Our clients are very happy with their new bath remodel.
A Lovely New Kitchen Remodel
The pictures below show a Largo kitchen remodel we constructed. Our clients wanted to update their kitchen area and we were happy to accommodate them. The original kitchen had only one way to enter or exit so Down Under Construction began this project by opening up the opposite wall to create an additional entry /exit area. We also created an opening so that the sink area was open to the living area and bar stools could be placed for a countertop eating area.
We built a recessed cove ceiling and installed lighting and a ceiling fan within the space for a beautiful kitchen feature. New cabinets, countertops, appliances and tile backsplash were installed to finish out this lovely new kitchen remodel.
