Two Remodeling Approaches
As with all of our remodeling projects, there are two approaches that we can offer you. If Architectural plans are needed for your project, we can provide construction services, design plans, and engineering plans because we are a Design-Build remodeler. This is an integrated approach to remodeling and allows cost, time, and design to be determined simultaneously. We can also work with architectural plans that you already have and can provide to us. Whichever approach you prefer, we are here to ensure that your kitchen remodel is done to your exact specifications and that you are delighted.

The picture above and the pictures below are a recent kitchen remodel. Our client wanted a light and bright kitchen space that was open to the living and dining area. The original kitchen was gutted and new cabinetry, a large center island with granite top, tile backsplash that coordinates with the countertops along with new flooring and lighting was added.

Create An Open and Inviting Space
Many of our clients come to us through referrals, and these clients were no exception. When we first met with them, they expressed their desire to transform their older and outdated home into an open and inviting island oasis. After discussions and meetings, they decided to proceed with a whole home remodel, which provided a wonderful opportunity to showcase this beach style kitchen in Clearwater.
The picture below is the new kitchen that we had the pleasure of creating. Our talented craftsmen built and installed the island, which centers this kitchen. We installed a beautiful stone countertop along the island. Note that the materials and colors chosen in this coastal kitchen resemble the shades of the oceanside and bring the essence of the beach right into the kitchen
Stone flooring was laid throughout in a sand color, and white cabinetry lends a bright pop to the kitchen space. We installed tile in muted shades of gray, tan, and white that catch your eye with their subtle shine and remind you that you are at the beach.
We performed a remarkable transformation in this home and kitchen, and we can do the same for you!
Building Relationships For A Better Outcome
As part of a larger whole home remodel, this kitchen below lends itself to a warm and casual vibe, perfect for our easy Florida lifestyle.
The island counter is made of leather granite, and the backsplash is 4×8 sheets of marble installed. New custom kitchen cabinets and marble countertops finish out this gorgeous kitchen remodel.
The picture below is a spectacular beach home that we had the pleasure of building. The theme was a coastal cottage, vintage old Florida style. As part of a new home build, this kitchen can also be created through a kitchen remodel.
In this kitchen, we incorporated custom cabinetry in a flat panel and painted a crisp white. We installed brick and then painted it a custom white and taupe color to echo the beach sand's colors along one wall.
A farmhouse kitchen sink was chosen to add to the vintage feel, and Brazilian cherry wood flooring was installed and finished and will hold up well to the inevitable beach sand that finds its way inside. Casual yet gorgeous!
This kitchen below was part of a whole condo remodel located in Clearwater. Our clients asked for a sleek and modern style throughout the home, and the kitchen represents that style quite nicely.
All of the kitchen cabinets in this kitchen remodel are custom made. The upper kitchen cabinets were painted a custom color chosen by our clients, and then we poly sealed them, which creates a hard shell and produces a shiny appearance.
There are contrasting light and dark colors throughout the space. The lighting above reflects the kitchen's shiny surfaces and the beautiful slab of marble that covers the island in the center of the room, which is exactly the look our clients wanted.
A glass tile is used as the backsplash, and underneath the backsplash is a low profile cooktop. Sleek, shiny, and new. Another beautiful kitchen remodel.
