Distinguished Home Remodeling in Tampa, Florida
The City of Tampa is part of the metropolitan area known as the Tampa Bay Area. A beautiful and bustling area, it is the 3rd largest city in Florida and the 53rd largest in the United States.
Tampa is home to many professional sports teams including the Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team, the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers football team. A fun festival you should be sure not to miss, the annual Gasparilla Pirate Festival, takes place in January and has been held since 1904.

Functional Living
As part of a home remodel, we built a new wall that separates a section of the kitchen from the living area yet leaves the rest open for a more spacious feel.
A Room With A View
The home was outdated, and our clients wanted a complete renovation of their home. In the living room, we opened the wall to fit two French doors for viewing the pool and backyard area. The flooring was replaced, and a new baseboard and trim work were installed throughout. New windows were also installed throughout the home.
Beautiful Living Space
In this area of the home, our clients wanted to retain the beams on the ceiling, so we updated the look by painting the beams and ceiling white, which also made the room lighter and brighter. The original space had a fireplace, which we removed. We also created two new openings for French doors, which also helped open up the room and provides a lovely view of the pool and patio area.
As you look to the open door at the far side of the room, we added a room and bathroom. Our clients wanted a guest bedroom and a pool bath, so we borrowed space from the exterior patio area and created exactly what our clients wanted. Our skilled carpenters built a custom vanity for the bathroom, along with a custom sliding vanity mirror.
We also created an opening to the pool area from the guest room and an opening from the pool bath to the pool area. This was a lovely home and lovely clients, and we were so pleased that we could help transform their home into what they had envisioned.
Below is a gorgeous Tampa bathroom remodel that Down Under Construction Services built. This was a master bath that the owners wanted to make into one large space. Walls were removed, the flooring was replaced, a shower was built with an open entry, new cabinets, bathtub, and toilet were installed and our clients are very pleased with their new bathroom
